Excellent location just next door to the Jungfrau mountain, the restaurant and the biggest and most beautiful lake of the region in a peaceful area. Airy unit with views of the mountains. Had very good service...

We spent 4 lovely nights in Bonigen. the hotel is located in a stunning spot right in front of a ferry port. - the area surrounding the hotel is comfortable and welcoming. - We enjoyed dining in the rustic restaurant at the hotel. - the service provided to us was accommodating.

The magnificent location looking out onto Lake Brienz together with the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The room was very comfortable opening out onto a balcony where you could watch what was happening on Lake Brienz. Particularly liked/fascinated by two swans and their seven signets who were probably attracted to this part of the lake by the bits of bread they were fed. The hotel had a bowl of bread near the front entrance for feeding the swans and ducks.

Seiler Au Lac in Bonigen is a must-visit hotel. This hotel boasts exceptional staff and offers magnificent views of the lake and mountains. the location is wonderful, right by the bus station and the largest and most beautiful lake in the region, making it a brilliant choice for tourists visiting Interlaken. guests can enjoy excellent meals at Restaurant La Gare, along with impeccable service and appetizing food. Don't forget to use the parking outside during your visit.

View on lake side was wonderful. Free 12 min. bus into Interlaken was almost outside the door. Spacious room with balcony large enough to sit on. Bar fridge. Tea/coffee making provided on request, Very quiet. Big comfortable beds.Gracious hosts.Marvellous if you want to treat yourselves! Essentially, you're paying for that view!

Nothing really. Wi-Fi worked well, but only on balcony, which was okay as the weather was warm day/evening, or lobby area. We ate out, as the menu prices were expensive.

The rooms are airy and neat, and are complete with a big sofa and a spectacular view, as for instance.

This place is peaceful with wonderful lake views and the room is spacious with comfortable bedding and a nice big bathroom.

The hotel's decor and atmosphere, which I felt to be old and boring. The lady owner's dry and rude demeanor, which made me feel not welcome. The way this lady speaks to customers totally offsets the very good efforts and courtesy of her son, who was very nice.

The hotel is in a beautiful location on the edge of Lake Brienz, rooms are clean and comfortable and the owners and their staff very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the ever changing moods of the lake.

Very helpful, professional staff. Room was very dated, but spacious, and had a lovely view. The location on Lake Brienz is excellent--beautiful and quiet. Bus and ferry around the lake are right in front. The restaurant is outstanding, but pricey--presentation and service are top notch. Breakfast is an expensive typical European buffet. Feather pillows were a treat.

A bit far form the city center and the nearby church bell is loud enough to wake you at night if you are a light sleeper like me.
